Released twice monthly, Bedouk Worldwide Meeting News is our bi-monthly E-newsletter which informs subscribers from all over the world about the latest happenings within the industry. Through different columns, BWMN will give you a closer look at hot M&IT destinations, explore sustainable development, focus on major moves within the sector, etc.

THE BRAND NEW WWW.BEDOUK.COM WEBSITE

Launched at the beginning of the month during the 2010 Bedouk MC&IT Exhibition, the new Bedouk.com website provides meeting planners with an improved version of all the classic tools of the former site, as well as brand new options. Through an efficient, multi-criteria search engine and with rethought ergonomics, it offers a 360° vision of the market, giving easy access to industry relevant news and articles about the meeting sector, as well as practical advice to help meeting planners in their day to day activity. Thanks to an intuitive approach and simpler navigation options, the new website echoes consumer travel sites, a model generally more attractive & user-friendly than the typical B2B websites. Meeting planners can also create their own online workspace to manage their selections of venues, convention bureaus, DMCs and technical suppliers. Special personal files can be used to archive their sent messages, RFPs and bid requests. Meeting planners can also now add their own professional opinion and experiences in the review section, whilst those looking for destination inspiration can look to ‘Bedouk’s Selection’ for ideas. An enhanced version of our ever-popular special Venue Finder Service has of course been included on the new site.
