Located within easy access to the city centre, Kuala Lumpur International Airport is the main airport in Malaysia. • There are information desks in the Main Terminal and the Satelite Building in addition to information kiosks spread throughout the building.

• Lost property services are provided by the Airport Police.

• The Plaza Premium Lounge offers a wide range of business services, including telephone, fax, Internet, videoconferencing, postal, and secretarial services.
• Additional business facilities are available at the Airside Transit Hotel and the KLIA Pan Pacific Hotel, they offer fax, photocopying, Internet, workstation hire, and secretarial services.
• The E-Centre offers high-speed and wireless Internet, web cams, videos, computers, printing, CD burning, scanning, telephones, fax, and videoconferencing facilities.

PARKING AT THE AIRPORT
• Extensive parking facilities are available at the airport.
• Blocks A, B, C and D of the covered short-term car parks are situated near the terminal.
• There is also an uncovered car park, which is connected to the main terminal building and the Pan Pacific Hotel by a courtesy shuttle service.
AVAILABLE TRANSPORTATION AT THE AIRPORT
Train:
• Regular train services are provided between the airport and Kuala Lumpur.
Bus:
• Regular bus services are from the airport to Kuala Lumpur, Nilai KTM Komuter station and Subang. The bus station lies on the ground floor of Block C in the covered car park.
Taxi:
• Taxi ranks are available on the Arrivals level, and coupons can be purchased at taxi counters.
Car rental:
• Among the car rental companies represented at the airport there are Avis, Kasina Baru, Hertz, Pantas, Mayflower Orix, and Insas.

Kuala Lumpur Sentral railway station is the major station of Kuala Lumpur and one of the largest in Southeast Asia. This important transportation hub, opened in 2001, enjoys an easily accessible and convenient location in the city. It is the transfer point for major rail systems including KLIA Ekspres, KLIA Transit, KTM Intercity, KTM Komuter, Putra LRT and KL Monorail.
