•    Lost property services are provided by the Airport Police.
•    The airport has a post office, a bank, several bureau-de-change and ATMs located throughout the terminals.

Business Facilities:
•    The Plaza Premium Lounge offers a wide range of business services, including telephone, fax, Internet, videoconferencing, postal, and secretarial services.
•    Additional business facilities are available at the Airside Transit Hotel and the KLIA Pan Pacific Hotel, they offer fax, photocopying, Internet, workstation hire, and secretarial services.
•    The E-Centre offers high-speed and wireless Internet, web cams, videos, computers, printing, CD burning, scanning, telephones, fax, and videoconferencing facilities.

PARKING AT THE AIRPORT

•    Extensive parking facilities are available at the airport.
•    Blocks A, B, C and D of the covered short-term car parks are situated near the terminal.
•    There is also an uncovered car park, which is connected to the main terminal building and the Pan Pacific Hotel by a courtesy shuttle service.

AVAILABLE TRANSPORTATION AT THE AIRPORT

Train:
•    Regular train services are provided between the airport and Kuala Lumpur.

Bus:
•    Regular bus services are from the airport to Kuala Lumpur, Nilai KTM Komuter station and Subang. The bus station lies on the ground floor of Block C in the covered car park.

Taxi:
•   Taxi ranks are available on the Arrivals level, and coupons can be purchased at taxi counters.

Car rental:
•   Among the car rental companies represented at the airport there are Avis, Kasina Baru, Hertz, Pantas, Mayflower Orix, and Insas.

The Senai International Airport, also known as Sultan Ismail International Airport lies 30 kilometers away from the centre of Johor Bahru. Constructed in 1974 and upgraded several times, it provides flights to Kuala lumpur and the provinces of Malaysia.
