In a nutshell...

Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre is a stunning new building opening in May 2011 on the Reykjavík harbour front. It is designed by Danish architectural team Henning Larsen in collaboration with artist Olafur Eliasson and offers a wide variety of facilities. There are three concert halls in the building, meeting rooms, conference halls, three restaurants, several shops and extensive catering services. It's located in the very heart of Reykjavík with plenty of shopping areas, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby.
