We would like to reward your foresight and organization with discounts of up to 12% on confirmed, early group bookings. Get our best prices and availability with Early Events.

The discounts of our Early Events program apply to:

12% for bookings confirmed 75 days prior to the event.
8% for bookings confirmed 75-60 days prior to the event.
4% for bookings confirmed 60-45 days prior to the event.
 
These discounts are subject to confirmation and payment of the reservation 100% in advance.
The cancellation policy to be applied, should be checked upon request for rate quotes.

*Not applicable to groups and conventions that already have a confirmed booking.
