Today’s traveler wants options and to be in charge of the flow of their day. They need to wake up and say: “Today, I deal with what I need!”  So, offering the same amenities day-after-day does not always fulfill the needs of this type of traveler. Upon arrival a guest will likely require high speed internet access, though the inclusive breakfast will not be used as they may need to rush off the next morning to their first early appointment. A “coffee on the go” will do and the free breakfast benefit is wasted. The late check out for the late departure will be a benefit, certainly after this long client dinner yesterday evening.
