Details of new US show revealed

IMEX America have revealed more details about their first ever show, which will take place from 11th-13th October in Las Vegas.

To be held at the Sands Expo and the Venetian/Palazzo, this new exhibition is forecast to attract 1,500 exhibitors from all four corners of the globe and from all sectors of the meetings and incentive travel industry. IMEX America will also host over 2,000 meetings and events buyers, of which around 80% will be US meetings professionals who plan business internationally. The remainder will be made up of buyers from abroad who have an interest in organizing events in North America.

In addition, thousands of other buyer attendees from the US domestic market are expected to take part, lured by the organizer’s promise to deliver ‘more than just a trade show’: unlike the majority of US shows, IMEX America will offer free entry and a free education program, as well as unrivalled networking and business opportunities.

The exhibition week will begin with ‘Smart Monday’ on October 10^th, a day dedicated entirely to professional education, followed by the three-day trade show and 14 major co-located industry events, which include the MPI MeetDifferent Day of Education and Innovation and an ACTE Power Talk.
