From November 10-13, 2011, Florence will host the Dynamic Events Test Show & Excellence in Destination Promotion. In particular, Florence is the site of the main event, the Dynamic Events Test Show, which will surely be exciting. The city joins Siene & Lucca and the Versilia as the host regions of this “Tuscany of events”.

These activities are a first for Italy’s MICE industry. Organized by the Firenze Convention Bureau (Fcb) and Dynamic Events, with support from the Toscana Promozione, the event’s scale and the multiplicity of provinces are also unprecedented. Over 200 selected participants from noteworthy enterprises will be in attendance.

The Fcb, a non-profit organization, works in both public and private domains to unify them in an effort to improve the efficiency of events held in Tuscany. Dynamic Events is an association of companies providing unique services for corporate events, typically sportive in nature.

The square in Piazza Ognissanti (Florence) will serve as the event headquarters, housing the reception and hospitality areas, a press room and a briefing room. It will also be the point of depart for a majority of the event’s activities.

Highlights include Ferrari tours, motorcycle and quad tours, racing dragon boats and sailing regattas! But don’t miss the roadshows demonstrations, snow events or the guided cultural tours!

The objective is that the Tuscan region will gain national visibility as well as a certain prestige previously unknown. Certainly this can be achieved seeing that numerous requests for participation have long since been received.
