The hotel chain is redefining its segment for professionals by bringing in a new MICE department and launching a new online application for locating venues

H10 Hotels, a hotel chain with a solid presence in Spain, the Caribbean and Europe, is reinforcing its commitment to event organisation professionals by providing professional assessment for this segment.

The new Meetings, Incentives, Congresses and Events department allows professionals to consult possibilities and special conditions for their business trips. Based in Marbella, and coordinated by Marta Fernández (mice@h10.es) and Maria J. Vergara (maria.vergara@h10.es), this new department will source the venue that best fits the needs of the event, offering clients a consulting service, and personalising the venue chosen to suit the character of the event, thus responding to the needs of MICE clients, travel agencies, PCOs, specialised agencies and companies.

Similarly, a new online tool has been developed to simplify the search for and choice of destinations in the organisation of any type of event as flexibly and as simply as possible. This new application allows event organisation professionals to find the venue that suits their needs best, either searching by number of participants, type of assembly or geographic location. Within 24 hours, our MICE department will contact you with a quotation adapted to your application, adding any extra applications you may require: audiovisual equipment, hostesses, translation and interpreting service, catering, coffee breaks, room booking or any other request.
