Incentive cruises
10/01/2012
The 5-star cruise company Paradise Cruises has recently launched its newest luxury ship, Paradise Peak. Launched only in 2008, Paradise Cruises is based on Tuan Chau Island.
Paradise Peak will cruise the beautiful Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. Located at the northeastern coast of the country, the calm water is pierced by thousands of limestone karsts and islets which provide stunning views as well as incredible geo- and biodiversity. Literally translated as the bay of descending dragons, the legendary Ha Long Bay is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Paradise Peak bears 8 luxury suites, falling into 1 of 3 categories: Junior, Superior, and Premium. Each features a private dining space, a private balcony and a personal butler that serves around the clock. Local products stock the kitchen and the restaurant offers a unique à la carte menu. The ship also boasts a fitness center, a spa with a Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room, 2 massage rooms, and a library.
What’s more is that Paradise Peak provides luxury for all occasions – even corporate! Paradise Cruises is prepared to welcome incentive programs or even small conference needs.
Prices and availability are available at paradisecruises.vn/.
Following suite, the Paul Gauguin cruise ship will set sail once again at the end of the month, following the completion of its $7 million renovation. Prefer the southern hemisphere? Then head south to cruise the islands of French Polynesia!
The Paul Gauguin has hosted more 155,000 passengers in its 14 year history, cruising more than 570 times. The ship underwent a large renovation in 2009, showing the company’s dedication to excellence.
This facelift includes interior and exterior changes, in both public and private spaces. Suites and staterooms will have new flooring and restored furnishings. Window treatments, wall panels and balcony railings will also be updated around the vessel. Other renovations include a new buffet area in the Grill, new furniture and lighting, and a refurbished dance floor in the Grand Salon.
Most importantly for meeting planners, however, is the added audio visual equipment for conferences! After all, a cruise is a great way to incorporate an office meeting into an incentive program!
