Wasting time while travelling is now over with the new Thalys “Business lounge.”
This customized meeting space, which will be running from January 2011, will allow business travellers to meet during their travel. Situated in the front of each train, this dedicated space will be composed of 4 seats and a table. From Wi-Fi to electronic plugs, the business lounge was conceived to offer the same characteristics as a classic meeting room and will also benefit of the services of the Comfort 1 class: meal served at the seat, availability of international newspapers, taxi reservation services, etc. Last December, a high speed version of the Thalys linked Paris to Cologne and Amsterdam in only 3h15.
