Oneworld allianceOn August 23, 2011, great news hit the news stand! American Airlines as well as its “Oneworld” member companies (British Airways, and Iberia) have announced that they are offering tremendous deals from cities within the United States to destinations in Europe and the Caribbean. This could be a great opportunity to cut costs when planning a meeting or event!
The deals include Boston to London for a mere $294, Chicago to Paris for $299, as well as Los Angeles to Tokyo for $485. There is a catch though: the deal only extends until the 5th of September. All tickets used for destinations other than to Europe must be used by the 15th of December, with tickets going to Europe having a "use deadline" of the 15th of May.
