South African duet for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts
26/01/2010 South Africa
With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the majestic Outeniqua mountains on the other, there is no doubt you are at the Hyatt Regency Oubaai Golf Resorts & Spa, inaugurated a few days ago in George, South Africa.
Second hotel of the group in the country, this brand new establishment is situated in the heart of a 263 ha natural reserve, on the luxuriant Garden Road. The 100 hotel rooms, including 9 high level suites, blend cosy furniture and high technology while the Regency Club offers the business customers spaces suitable for work and relaxation as well as a devoted butler service. On the events side, ballroom, boarding and meeting rooms and outside spaces combine 1 200 sq m. Three catering alternatives are proposed to the guests: beautiful views through floor to ceiling windows at the Cuccino, which also boasts a private dining room, or the outdoor terrace and oyster bar at the Waterside Bar Grill or relaxation at the Clubhouse. Keen golfers can also express their passion on the 18 hole green designed and created by Ernie Els while the Freesia Spa and its ancestral massages will get the better of stress and tension.
