The Es Saadi Gardens & Resort is proud to announce that two of its concierges: Kamal El Abd and Saad Bouljire have been named Golden Keys.

To date, Saad is the youngest Golden Keys concierge of Morocco.

With Errouk Ghagda Med in our staff since 37 years, Kamal El Abd since 10 years and Saad Bouljire since 5 years, the Es Saadi Gardens & Resort is the first Hotel of Marrakech that place at the disposal of its cllients three Golden Keys concierges who come up to their expectations with the highest standards.

Golden Keys concierges are recognizable to the crossed keys they wear on the lappel of their uniform jackets. These keys are the symbol of a high quality service. The priority of Golden Keys concierges is “to come up every client request, as long as this request remains morally, legally and humanly possible”.
