France - Tours
La Deuvalière is set in a charming 16th century building built of "Tuffeau", the local white stone, and, with its traditional exposed beams and red hexagonal floor tiles, the building is typical of the architecture around historic "place Plumreau" in the heart of old Tours.
Our restaurant is set back just enough from the hubbub of the main square to maintain a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. Our restaurant reflects our tastes and sensitivities; our cuisine is inventive and refined.
