Venues presentation

Traditional French cuisine like tartar, home cooked foie gras, smoked salmon, leg of lamb served on a Christofle car and rum baba are offered in Le Train Bleu; our menu is renewed twice yearly, it is made of seasonal produce. A compromise provides the typical Parisian brasserie and the gastronomic cuisine. The dinner is served before 11 p.m.
