The Marseillais Ludovic Turac is aged 25 years old. He has already made his classes in some great Parisian restaurants (le Bristol, Guy Savoy and the Hôtel du Castelet) and been in Top Chef’s competitions, coupled with his wife Karine, sommelier and room director. They are now ready to represent the finest restaurants in Marseille. We offer fish, selected every morning on the Vieux Port and under the watchful eye of the mother, provencal vegetables, meat of the Southern Alps. The philosophy is the same in Karine’s cellar. Work, rigor and sobriety are our catchwords.
